I love the design. It seems like it could snag in a few places but it doesn't have any rough parts whatsoever. The only thing I don't like is that it wants to be upside down when you put the strap back on your journal so you have to flip it.
I love the color and the fact that it holds 4 notebooks. I'm only using it for 3 notebooks, a bullet journal, regular journal, and sketchbook. It fits the Traveler's notebooks perfectly. The patina over time will be beautiful. It is well made, it shipped really fast to the USA, and I like that the elastic to close it comes from the spine so it doesn't impede writing in it. I would recommend it to anyone.
As always a high quality product. I love the undyed leather and how it patinas over time. The leather is beautiful and soft. I have the TN insert wallet inside and a small notebook with plenty room for more.
This leather notebook cover has become my everyday carry for my menu planning, calendar and to-do lists.
The blue of my cover is BEAUTIFUL. It's a bit stiff but I'm sure that will wear off in time. Also, it seems like something was spilled on the inside of my cover because it feels very stiff and it has a stain. Dye maybe? I took one star because the stain make it look two toned on the inside.
I bought CH Ocean blue. The color is deeper than I expected but I still love it.

I got a regular size TN in crazy horse forest green with the everyday books in my first order. I absolutely love the green color and the way the crazy horse leather wears. The more you use it the more character is given to the leather. I love this TN so much I bought a passport size that I use as a wallet with everyday books in it as well. I also got the pencil case and the kaweco pen case in the same color. Having a full set it beautiful. Everything from Galen ships quickly as well. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

I’ve been a customer of Galen for years and when I started researching Travelers Notebooks I knew the only place to go to was them. The quality is impeccable, my initials embossed looks great, and the shipping to the US was super fast. I LOVE it.
Most of the items are handmade to order and usually take a minimum of 1-2 weeks to dispatch. Out of stock items mean, not in the production cycle and generally re-stocking in a few weeks. You can subscribe to the in-stock notification on the product page. Good things take time. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are sent via our shipping partners UPS/Fedex. Your items may need to be signed for upon receipt.
Due to security reasons, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Some items are ready for shipment in our workshop, located in Istanbul. In stock items dispatch within 6-7 working days after payment has cleared using our shipping partners, UPS & FedEx. If the item is not in stock, then we will need to make your order.
Deliveries to USA addresses will take 3-4 days. For the UK and Europe, 2-3 days. To Australia, 6-7 days. For the rest of the world, expect a maximum of 7 working days. Plus production times.
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties. There are no additional taxes for goods being delivered to the USA.
- European Union : New rules after 1 July 2021; we charged VAT for orders up to 150€. It means no hidden or extra customs fees during the delivery. Orders more than 150€ subject to customs same as before.
- UK : Orders are subject to VAT. Around %20 percent. + courier fees.
- Brazil: Due to high taxes, we suggest to use a redirecting service like Regarding redirecting services, I've been using fishisfast.com
- Most countries, except the USA, are subject to VAT (value added tax) and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Since rates vary by country and by what was ordered.

Returns - Cancellations
- Items (except personalized items) can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the Shipping costs. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before placing an order.
- Due to all items are made to order, after receiving your order, we immideatly start to make your items. We don't accept cancellations/changes after orders placed.
