Wow - this pen is beautiful and writes so well. It looks like it should cost twice as much as it does.
The leather quality is also so good. I'll use it well for a long time

Love this thing, spent years before I could finally justify the price. The only issue I have is that my iPad mini barely fits, and wouldn’t if it was in a case. Either need a slimmer pad or needs an extra cm or 2 to make it fit comfortably. It strains the zipper when inside.

Simple, elegant - it matches well with the Walnut theme in my home. A lovely pen case for celluloid pens that can be shielded from direct sunlight. Shows off the pens magnificently. At night,you can snap it shut as if to say ‘OK, I am now done with work and can rest’. In the morning, the opening of this pen case can start the work day just right.what a lovely idea.

When it comes to "emotion", "Galen Leather". 'Although it was a second, the quality was also very good. I am happy to have obtained the Writing Box at a good price. However, I was very disappointed that the Evil Eye Charm was not available this time.
I've been using this for a few months now and over time it's adapted to my needs and become an essential item of everyday equipment. I have 3 notebooks in it, my pen, cards and bits and bobs in the zipped purse. Pretty much everything I need while out and about. I love the colour and feel of the leather. It's a quality product.
I love this box. It has hardly any noticeable issues to qualify it as a second. Came with all kinds of goodies inside which was neat. (not the pens or journal) After use since purchase the only issue is the plate screwed into the top catches the edges of my books and disrupts the smooth writing surface. It would be better if this was inlaid or in a different spot on the box. Still an amazing box.

So I have a lot of journals, but this one is the tops. I've tested several inks and the like to see what the paper's bleed through tolerances are, and basically if you're not using rubber stamps or alcohol markers or (for some reason) the markers they use to write on skin during surgery, you're gonna be alright. I've been cautious about using it because I don't want to fill it up with my garbage but honestly if I don't do something it's gonna be 50% fakemon and 50% ink tests.
It comes with a sample of leather. Not sure what I'm supposed to do with it, but it's soft. I'd buy a jacket made out of it. Especially if it isn't vegan. If I had one criticism, the magnetic closing mechanism is in a separate case that is easy to lose optically and also not as durable as I'd like. I'll need to get some of those metal book corner thingies when it wears out completely. But I don't feel like the "closing mechanism" is a problem with any good solutions, so having the option to just not have it is best.

I travel quite a lot and enjoy recording my voyages to refer back to in the future. Having searched for years for a good travel diary and having been very happy with my previous Galen Leather products, I bought a refillable regular sized one and it absolutely ticks all the boxes. I use fountain pens and the paper is perfect, I can keep the diary inserts as a travel catalogue and the included grid and line guides make writing and sketching so easy.
I love using my Galen travel diary so much, I bought another one for a gift to my sister!
First time using a TN and I'm happy that I decided to get GL cover. Leather is a good quality and seems sturdy enough to take a beating since it will be my EDC. My order arrived quickly and it had some really cool goodies that I wasn't expecting! I would have given it five stars if the color had been as purple and bright as shown on the site, and if the personalization was more visible.

I recently purchased both a leather pen case and a wooden comb pen holder. While I am very satisfied with the quality of the leather pen case, I had an unfortunate experience with the wooden comb pen holder. Upon receiving it, I noticed that some of the holes were filled with glue. Concerned about potential damage to my pens, I reached out to customer service to ask for advice on how to safely remove the glue.
To my surprise, Yunus, the founder responded by insisting that no glue is used in the production of this item, despite the fact that the rubber feet are clearly glued on. After that, my follow-up messages were ignored, and I received no further assistance.
This lack of support and denial of a clear issue has left me deeply disappointed. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from this store again. If you want to avoid similar frustrations, I would recommend being cautious when buying from here.
These books are really good value for money, and Galen also puts a lot of work into the experience. Its Tomoe River paper, lays flat well, and has a thin vinyl (?) cover so the whole thing is as slim as can be for the high page count. I was specifically chasing a high page count, and this was the best value I could find in TR or other known fountain pen friendly paper.
The book comes in a beautiful card box with magnetic closure, and 2x guide pages (grids and lines) as well as a piece of leather the same size as the book, for blotting or under your page.
I will certainly be back for more!
