We can’t believe it.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic spreading all over the world, we will stop the fulfillment process for 2 weeks after 23 March in order to protect our employees and public health. Maybe less, maybe more. It means ,after 23 March, we will continue to accept orders, but won't ship for two weeks. We appreciate your support to help our small business keep going, and we look forward to shipping your orders as soon as it is safe to reopen!

Our office is still closed. However, we started to ship orders again, but we are working very limited. We ship once a week. Carriers Fedex and UPS have returned to their normal operating routines. There are delays and restrictions in some areas. Many restrictions have been lifted in Italy, Spain and China.

It is with great sadness that we have temporarily closed all our atelier as of today, Thursday 23th March. This is in response to the escalation of the Covid-19 crisis and as a precaution to safeguard our staff and customers during these unprecedented times.
While we are keeping our hopes high, the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is of utmost priority, and we must do our part to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 by not encouraging or requiring people to leave their homes.
Our ecommerce site continues to operate as usual, with delivery options that support social distancing to your home or to loved ones who you can’t be with at this time. Along with our social media platforms, our site will continue to be updated with the latest information on our response to this crisis, along with content and shopping inspiration we hope will brighten your days at home.

Our warehouse is observing strict hygiene protocols, including: increased hand washing per government guidelines; cleaning devices and surfaces regularly; wearing sterile gloves when packing orders and practicing social distancing. Our couriers, FedEx, can offer a non-contact alternative if you do not wish to sign for your delivery using the scanner screen.
At this time, online order deliveries are being fulfilled but are subject to delays as we temporarily operate a skeleton staff. Our express delivery option is temporarily unavailable.
